Story from a private clinic
The building manager of a well-known private healthcare facility in Switzerland has been tasked with updating the clinic rooms and adjoining wellness centre. Some of the walls are marked and tired looking, especially in areas of heavy traffic. The existing design is looking dated and disjointed and there has also been some discussion about the level of privacy in the various areas with a number of customers of the wellness centre pool area complaining about being visible through the glass panels that were originally installed to ensure the space was filled with natural light. The budget for the refurbishment of the areas is limited and following discussion with an interior design consultant, the building manager decided to avoid costly and disruptive construction work to repair walls, replace furniture and increase privacy and instead opted for 3M Architectural Finishes to achieve his various goals.
3M DI-NOC materials to cover walls, furniture and partitions gave the building manager and his design consultant a wide range of textures and colours to combine and choose from to create a unique and fresh look for the various locations. They were also able to ensure a natural design flow between the various areas in the clinic. 3M Fasara Glass Finishes gave a stylish solution to the issue of privacy in both the clinic room and the pool area of the wellness suite.
