(MIKE FAY) I don't want to know how they treat a diabetic. I want to know the overall member experience. Do they keep the healthy, healthy? Do they help the chronics get better managed? And do they help identify people's conditions earlier? And so part of this is if you make that information available, how do you get people to use it? (MIKE FAY) The suite of products that we have from 3M have been a vital part of our ability to not only measure, but to incent people. We actually make the value index score for about 2,500 primary care physicians available on our member portal. So a member can look up any physician's score in our network and see how their doctor does and we also gave them a set of questions if they wanted to talk about their physician's score with them, here are some things to do to engage in that conversation. (MIKE FAY) I think it's still definitely the biggest opportunity in healthcare is to truly get members to take responsibility and become more actively engaged in their own healthcare.
