- High Tensile strength; Adheres adequately to fibreboard surfaces
- An extensive line of application equipment is available, including automatic sealing equipment, hand held manual dispensers and semi-automatic L-Clip applicator
- Application of 8953 is most easily accomplished at room temperature
- Once applied, 8953 performs well throughout the normal temperature ranges typically encountered by packaged products in shipping and storage environments
- Features a hand break to add tension to the tape roll, up to 25 mm
A utility packaging tape reinforced with continuous glass filaments which give tensile strength to the tape. The ScotchPro™ polypropylene backing provides abrasion, moisture and scuff resistance.
The main application is the wrapping of light products.
