Hydrogel moisture balancing dressing with a gentle adhesive border that dynamically manages fluid and supports autolytic plus osmotic debridement by donating or absorbing fluid as required to encourage wound bed preparation and granulation in dry to low exuding wounds. The dressings provide a cooling sensation to the skin on application, helping to minimise wound pain3.

Kerralite Cool Border Dressings comprise a polyurethane outer film, a Pro-ionic™ Technology gel sheet and a gentle adhesive border. The dressings are designed to actively respond to wound conditions by donating or absorbing fluid. This interaction with the wound bed regulates moisture levels and stimulates autolytic and osmotic debridement creating an optimal environment for wound healing.
