A Double Layer of Invisible Protection
3M™ VentureShield™ Paint Protection Film 7510CC/CS-LD is an 8 mil (203micron) urethane film with a clear coat and cap sheet liner. When applied, the film is virtually clear and almost indistinguishable from the original finish. It comes with a clear acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) on one side that adheres easily and securely to automotive paint systems, shielding the surface beneath from damage.

This tough, thermoplastic polyurethane film offers excellent conformability around contours, while providing hard-wearing protection to vulnerable painted surfaces such as car hoods and lower ledges and panels. 3M™ VentureShield™ Paint Protection Film (PPF) is further reinforced with a topcoat that provides a second layer of urethane for even greater protection against wear and tear, maintaining the new car look that owners desire.

3M strongly recommends that 3M™ VentureShield™ Paint Protection Film (PPF) be installed by a professionally trained installer. These are skilled installers in applying the film around compound curves, challenging grillwork, wheel openings, bumpers and all other areas on vehicles. The film is cut using a computer-designed kit that is model-specific, thereby delivering a precise fit that makes the film almost undetectable. For the trained technician, 3M PPF kits are easy to cut and install.

3M™ VentureShield™ Paint Protection Film 7510CC/CS-LD contains a high strength backing that features excellent abrasion, puncture, and tear resistance, along with high heat and moisture resistance. It has a high tensile strength of 2900 PSI (20 MPa), and elongation of 400%, providing ease of application around contours.
